I would like to take this opportunity to say a warm hello to all the members and prospected members at Boldon Fitness. My name is Ben Anderson and I have taken over as the general manager of the health club since November 2013.
After graduating from Plymouth University where I studied physiotherapy in 2008 I have work worked in managerial positions at a variety of health clubs in the south of England, including LA fitness, Bannatyne’s and David Lloyd.
I am a very member focused and hands on individual and members suggestions are important to me as I am constantly looking at ways to help members maximize their membership with us.
So please, my door is always open if you would like to chat or discuss any issues about the club, or if you would like any training advice or tips I will be happy to share my knowledge.
On joining the Health club every member is entitled to a FREE personal training session with a complimentary review every 6 weeks.
I hope all of my members are enjoying their training at the club and are gaining what they set out to achieve when taking out a membership. To give you a bit of a helping hand every member can book to receive a complimentary program review session.
The session will be 45 minutes where you will have an initial consultation with a fitness trainer to discuss you targets and goals. 30 minutes will be held on the gym floor where you will receive a programme card highlighting the exercises undertook in your training session. This can be filled at the club so you can reference back to eat each time your at the club.
