Ben Anderson
I am the Fitness Manager Ben Anderson. After completing a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy in 2008 I have worked in managerial positions at leading health clubs in the North East and Kent. Prior to that I have competed in competition bodybuilding as well as being a recruit of the Royal Marine Reserves. I will be happy to assist in muscular development training, endurance and rehabilitation.

Hi my name is Connor, my background is football and I specialise in speed, agility and muscular endurance training. My programmes will help you achieve weight loss, muscle tone and muscular endurance. I am outgoing, easy to talk too and here to help!

As a qualified NVQ level 2 fitness instructor I enjoy strength and conditioning training. Currently I attend Newcastle College where I am studying to complete my NVQ level 3. As a fitness enthusiast I will be happy to sit down with you and discuss your targets and goals, we can then put a structured plan in place to help you achieve them.

I have been lucky enough to get accepted into Northumbria University next academic year to study sports science. I’m looking forward to passing on my knowledge I will learn from the most senior professors and academics in the field. I also enjoy dancing and can aid in design flexibility and core stability programs.
